Since 2007, clients across various industries have approached me for organizational insight. The goal: to implement change and transform.
In 2017, Rowohlt Verlag published my book (now in its third edition) about navigating midlife. Since then, I have been advising midlife performers, people between the ages of 40 and 60 who are looking for personal and professional development. I have seen first- hand what midlifers go through and what they need from their organizations in order to thrive. As a result, I offer my expertise in Retention, Midlife Performance, Career Longevity&Lifecycle, and Multi-Generational Management.
Finding customized solutions for businesses in the “New Workforce” requires not only subject expertise, but also strong discourse skills and in-depth organizational understanding. I combine all this into a holistic concept, and work in conjunction with stakeholders to develop solutions that can be converted into organizational reality.
Organizations are facing new challenges due to shifting demographics and employee shortages. Moreover, not only is the workforce itself morphing in terms of its needs and job expectations, its assumptions about employers are changing, too. Social transformation at the workplace is evolving like never before, with many seeking guidance as they navigate through uncharted waters. Quite exciting, in my opinion!

Since 2007, I have collaborated with clients to create blueprints that address strategic or structural challenges. Working alongside employees, managers and stakeholders, I utilize my in-depth knowledge in the science of organizational development to identify underlying forces within companies in order to drive targeted change. Also finely woven into the mix: my many years of leadership and management experience at renowned communications and media companies. As a result, clients benefit from my background in business and career transitions, whether through individual workshops, personal business executive sparring, or business coaching.
